From store list to sales lift without a single phone tag.
Paste or upload the stores you want demos in. You can add retailer, address, a map pin and the store contact if you have one. Nothing is pre-filled for you.
Pick stores, a date, a product and how often to repeat. Your price updates as you type. Save a card and book. Rates lock at booking and you pay for hours worked.
Each store is asked to approve its demo, by a private link or by our team on the phone. You see every yes, no and wait in one table. Staff only see demos a store has approved.
Add carrier and tracking so the kit is tracked to the door. Food and drink demos only go to staff with a verified food handler card. Staff confirm the kit arrived.
Staff check in at the store with consented GPS, send photo proof, and report units sold and samples served before they check out. You watch a live day board.
Units sold during the demo against a store baseline, with the baseline source shown. Your invoice is built from real hours, and no-shows and declined stores are never billed.

Straight answers.
Who approves a demo at the store?+
It depends on the retailer. Some approve at the store with the manager, some through a corporate vendor program, and a few do not allow outside demo staff at all. We ask each store to approve every demo and track the answer, and we tell you early when a retailer needs a different route.
Are demo staff employees or contractors?+
Employees. Every demo staff member works as a W-2 employee of Air Fresh Marketing, so payroll taxes, workers' comp and overtime are handled and you are not carrying misclassification risk.
Do you do alcohol sampling?+
No. Alcohol tastings are governed by state and local law and often need licensed servers and retailer-specific approvals. We handle food, non-alcoholic beverage, beauty, wellness and pet demos.
How do food safety rules work?+
Food and drink demos only go to staff whose food handler card is uploaded and verified for the demo date. The sampling plan you write goes to the staff member, and the photo proof shows the table set up. Local permit rules vary, so we confirm with the store which permit covers a demo.
How is sales lift measured?+
Staff report units sold during the demo. The baseline is how many units that store sells in the same hours on a normal day, from store POS, your scan data, or a staff estimate. Every number shows its source. A visit without a baseline reports units but no lift.
What if a store says no?+
That visit is not billed and you see the reason. Move it to another store from your list and approval is requested again.
What does the 4-hour minimum mean?+
Every visit is billed and paid for at least 4 hours, even if it runs shorter. It is how good people can afford to say yes to a single store visit.
Can I run a recurring program?+
Yes. Set weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly demos at the same stores, and add more weeks later. Each new visit goes through store approval, and programs with 12 or more visits get a volume discount.
Can I get a certificate of insurance?+
Yes. A COI is available on request, and we confirm the limits and additional insured wording a retailer needs before the first demo.
